Vacuum Pump Station

In August 2022, in response to the abnormal discharge of domestic sewage from residents near Zengjiaba in Heshan District, Yiyang City, Hunan Province, and the overflow of sewage from low-lying manhole covers during rain, which affected the surrounding travel and daily life, our company designed an 800-1200 square rotor pump sewage lifting pump room using the principle of rotor pump vacuum suction. The pump station consists of three 400m3/h rotor pump units with a lift of 15 meters and a 37KW capacity. The system includes a crushing grid, a relief one-way valve, and a frequency conversion control cabinet. The biggest feature of the pump station is that it is built near residential areas and requires a noise level of less than 50 decibels. Through a series of measures taken by the company and solutions provided by the United States, the sound of pump operation cannot be heard outside the pump station. Obtained recognition from local government departments and cooperative units.
