The LobePro rotary pump is an internationally advanced technology volumetric pump that combines the advantages of centrifugal pumps and screw pumps. It consists of a set of rotors that rotate synchronously in reverse, gradually increasing the volume of the inlet chamber to form negative pressure, thereby sucking in the material to be transported to form sealed chambers. Then, it continuously sucks in the medium, gradually forms pressure in the pump chamber, and continuously discharges the medium out of the pump chamber at a stable temperature.
泵壳采用耐磨铸铁，耐磨板采用特种耐磨钢材质，适用于自来水厂、污水厂、化工厂等各种工艺段污泥、如沉淀、剩余污泥、回流污泥、脱水机进料、泥饼、膜产水泵、抽沙泵、沼气进出料，活性炭粉液投加、及各种含纤维、颗粒介质等。

泵壳采和耐磨板采用不锈钢304或316材质，机封采用碳化硅/碳化硅，O型圈采用FKM或HNBR。适用于化学品、食品或饮料添加剂、自来水厂、污水厂化学、锂电池浆料、药剂投加、MBR膜产水泵膜药洗液、PAM和混凝剂等。
针对锂电池浆料输送、含盐废水、海水氮化、厨余垃圾、沼气进出料、天然气及磨损强和腐蚀性强的介质，罗博思达研发的双相不锈钢转子泵，泵壳和耐磨板等过流部件采用双相不锈钢材质。
罗博思达研发了陶瓷转子泵，采用过流部件采用镶嵌陶瓷衬板技术，并且进出口采用喷射口技术。适应于磨损性极强的锂电池浆料、抽砂、海盐、矿盐结晶、及矿浆等物料。
