The sludge sedimentation tanks, digestion tanks, and sedimentation tanks of municipal sewage and water treatment plants need to be regularly dredged.
Traditional submersible and submersible pumps require water mixing for high concentration sludge, resulting in increased load and greatly reduced
dredging efficiency. By utilizing the strong vacuum suction force of the rotor pump, which is suitable for high concentration, high viscosity, and high solid
content, it can directly suction without diluting with water, increasing efficiency by 1-2 times. In this project, considering the insufficient temporary storage
area of sludge, the user dried the sludge and used a 50-80 square meter moving rotor for dredging. The sludge had a solid content of 12-15%, resulting in high operational efficiency.
