Sinopec's benchmark enterprise - Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Sludge Tank has 12 sludge tanks that need to be dredged at the bottom. They use mud pumps and screw pumps for dredging, but there is a situation where they cannot be pumped out; After receiving the demand, our company customized a mobile rotary pump with a flow rate of 30m3/h and a head of 60m to transport the sludge through a 2-kilometer long pipeline to the sewage treatment center. The accumulated sludge at the bottom of 12 sludge tanks is over 40000 cubic meters, with a solid content of 12-16%.
