In thermal power plants or oil refineries, oil depots, and coal terminals, LobePro rotary pumps are commonly used for crude oil unloading, coal slag, and coal slurry cleaning. They have the following technical characteristics and advantages:
The rotary pump is self-priming with a maximum suction range of 8.5 meters. It can be installed at the top of the tank and evacuated through the inlet pipe for easy maintenance and extended service life.
The container machine seal with patented technology is designed for harsh working conditions, with good reliability, easy maintenance, and long service life.
The 4-blade spiral coated rotor has low shear force and small pulsation, thereby reducing emulsification. Due to its positive displacement design, the rotary pump can transport high viscosity and abrasive particle media. It can also operate at low speeds, using rotors coated with rubber and hardened metal to reduce its sensitivity to abrasives, greatly extending its service life.
The rotary pump works in the application of filter backwash pump and can operate under high pressure, which enables the pump to be pumped through the factory's long pipeline. The ability to switch between positive and negative operations is a unique advantage in the backwashing process.
In 2012, two 200m3/h, 8-meter suction bottom oil pump trucks were used at Sinopec Lanzhou Oil Depot Base. Four 100m3/h rotary pumps were used for vacuum suction of coal slurry at Quanzhou Power Plant Coal Terminal, transporting 500m horizontally. Two 100m3/h, 8bar crude oil unloading pumps were used at Inner Mongolia Refinery, and the application was very successful.
